Dear Beloved,
I write to you as someone who understands the deep desire to be seen, heard, and valued. There’s an ache within, longing for validation, significance, and understanding.
I see you.
I hear you.
You express yourself online, sharing your struggles, your hurts, your battles. Your heart spills onto the digital canvas, searching for acknowledgment. Yet, while the world listens, the void within persists.
You are seen. You are heard. You matter. But perhaps the means through which you’re seeking solace might not be yielding the desired results.
Here’s the thing:
Your pain is real.
Your experiences are valid.
But the continuous bleeding of your heart on social media might not be the remedy you need. It’s a brave step to share your vulnerabilities, yet there’s a difference between seeking understanding and dwelling in the perpetual cycle of victimhood.
Instead of endlessly pouring your anguish into the void of the internet, consider a different path—meet with a counselor, a life coach, or a spiritual director, for example – a soul companion who walks alongside you in your journey of healing. These guides are equipped to navigate the depths of your emotions, help you find redemption in your pain, and uncover the path toward genuine healing.
Sharing from a place of redemption, restoration, and healing empowers your voice. It transforms your narrative from one of complaint to one of triumph. It elevates your experiences to inspire and guide others.
You’re not alone. There’s a community that understands. Seek guidance and support, allowing your story to resonate with hope, healing, and the courage to journey forward.
With compassion,
Merri Ellen
