The Lord keeps bringing these words to my mind…
Remember.
Celebrate.
Worship.
Living with eyes wide open to God’s faithfulness is an incredible key to walk in your calling.
Sometimes, we just need to pause and remember.
Remember the moments when God came through.
When His whisper brought peace in chaos.
When His timing—though different from ours—turned out to be perfect.
Remember God’s faithfulness.
The Bible is full of reminders to do this—because we forget so easily.
In Joshua 4, after the Israelites crossed the Jordan River, God told them to set up stones of remembrance so that future generations would ask, “What do these stones mean?” Each stone was a testimony of God’s faithfulness—a physical reminder of His power and presence.
“I will remember the deeds of the Lord;
yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.”
— Psalm 77:11 NIV
When we pause to remember, gratitude rises.
And gratitude opens the door to worship.
Celebrate His Presence, Works, and Wonders
Worship isn’t just for one day a week—it’s a lifestyle of awareness.
It’s the rhythm of celebrating God’s fingerprints in our ordinary days:
– A sunrise that reminds us of His mercy.
– A conversation that carries His comfort.
– A breakthrough that only His hand could orchestrate.
When we start to look for Him, we find Him.
And soon, our hearts become tuned to His constant activity.
“Remember the wonders he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced.”
— 1 Chronicles 16:12 NIV
A Lifestyle of Worship
A lifestyle of worship doesn’t require a stage or a song—it simply requires awareness.
It’s choosing to turn your attention back to God throughout the day.
It’s whispering “thank You” when you notice His fingerprints.
It’s trusting that even in the unseen, He’s working for good.
Worship isn’t about performance—it’s about posture.
A heart turned toward God in every moment, celebrating who He is.
“Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.”
— Hebrews 13:15 NIV
Prayer Prompts:
Now, take a few quiet moments to invite the Holy Spirit to speak.
Let these questions guide your heart into a conversation with Him:
- “Lord, show me a moment I’ve forgotten where You were faithful.”
- “Jesus, what do You want me to remember about Your goodness today?”
- “Holy Spirit, where are You moving in my life right now that I might not be noticing?”
- “Father, what part of Your character do You want to reveal to me through this season?”
- “God, how can I turn my ordinary moments today into worship with You?”
- “What do You want me to celebrate with You right now?”
- “Is there an area in my life where You’re inviting me to trust You again?”
- “Show me, Lord, how You are writing Your story of faithfulness in my life.”
Pause after each question.
Notice any words, images, scriptures, or impressions that come to mind.
Write them down. Let His presence wash over you as you listen.
Posture of Prayer:
Lord, thank You for Your unfailing faithfulness.
Help me to remember Your goodness, to celebrate Your presence,
and to see Your fingerprints in every moment.
Teach me to live a life of worship—
not just with songs, but with every breath.
Amen.
Bless you to see what God has for you today!
