A sample story of transformational keys
which TRANSFORMED a community...
“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have ~ Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3: 11 NLT)
A teacher from another country asked to meet for a private Zoom session. She came with a huge heart full of grief for her students at a very tough inner-city school.
When we first went into prayer, Jesus assured her that I would know the right questions to prompt her to ask him. She and I giggled. Sneaky Jesus. He often has such messages for me through my clients that warm my heart.
The Lord showed her a picture of ramps. I sensed they could be heavenly portals, so I prompted her to ask him if they were representing access to his blessing over the school. He told her that she wouldn’t know to ask that question but that I would. Hilarious. She and I both broke out in further laughter.
He informed her he was getting ready to pour out answered prayers over the school. She wept as she recalled years of teachers who were there previously and who faithfully prayed for the school. The Lord showed her that he was going to answer those many prayers.
I then prompted her to ask the Lord what, if anything, was blocking those prayers from being answered. He showed her that it was apathy, lies, negativity and deep hurt. I had her ask him how he was therefore inviting her to pray. She immediately felt led to repent on behalf of the former students and teachers.
Then the Lord even highlighted to her the founder of the school. She sensed again she was to repent also on his behalf, speaking forgiveness over him and a blessing over the school, its history and its future.
As she prayed, I invited her to look in the spirit, and the Lord showed her what he was pouring out blessing over the school. He also revealed to her that the foundation of the school was built on things that were not healthy, and that he, Jesus, was to be the cornerstone instead. As a result, she made a declaration in prayer that Jesus would be the cornerstone of the school that she taught at.
Wow.
As she prayed this declaration, we felt an incredible depth of impact in the spiritual realm. Our bodies both visibly reacted. When we finished in prayer, she and I were in wonder at how quickly the Lord had shown her keys of the kingdom in her workplace and how to pray into the foundation of the school.
What happened next as a result of her prayers was unbelievable.
Within just a few months, the school completely transformed. The principal was moved out of the school, and in came a new one who was a believer. Several people on staff left, and new teachers were hired who were also believers, including the behavior specialist. Not only that, but all the kids who were having behavior problems were now experiencing peace. The atmosphere of the classrooms were completely changed, including a Grade 5 classroom once known for chaos.
As I listened to her incredible update, she reported to me with tears, “All the hell I was going through at school led me to prayer and breakthrough!”
Together, we marveled at how the Lord had shown her how to pray in our earlier session for a complete transformation breakthrough. Think of the impact on those kids and their families and community!”
