Following and Trusting : Encountering God Out of the Box

Where are we headed this Spring?

Here’s a glimpse…

First, some background…

“Higher” was the word I kept hearing last December as I prayed into 2024.

As we continue to gather with women in our Zoom groups, we pray FROM God’s promises, seeking His voice, rather than getting stuck merely looking at problems.

During Christmas break, my family and I all got sick and missed out on all gatherings…

While I was in bed, the Lord took me HIGHER (giving me dreams and visions) and gave me a massive download with ideas and I began to write… 

And another book was born. 

It came FAST.

(It’s coming out this month.)

I’m realizing the book is going to launch us into this next Spring season – lining up from Resurrection Sunday (March 31st)!

I remember how the disciples were once scared and locked in a room…

But, when the Lord breathed on them and gave them the gift of Holy Spirit, they became bold messengers and ambassadors!

HOWEVER, before all this happened, Jesus had taught his disciples to rest in Him, abide in Him, walk in His easy yoke.

In order to walk in this anointing of Holy Spirit, we must rest and simply do as Holy Spirit leads.

(If we get stuck in striving, anything we do is out of our flesh.)

(One advantage of being sick over Christmas – to reset me into a deeper rest??)

And it was a beautiful rest despite being sick! 

Soon, we get to reflect on Good Friday and then celebrate together, Resurrection Sunday!

And then, in light of the book, we will be gathering to look higher…

And if not, you know what they say… you might be that difficult person for others. 😉

OR… you simply are invited to pray into other situations –  in your country or globally. 

This isn’t for everyone, but this could be for you…

We are going to continue to gather and ask Holy Spirit to highlight to us a situation to pray into as He leads us.

We are also going to walk in what He invites us to know and do between our Zoom sessions…

And then come back to encourage and share stories and lift each other in prayer. 🙏 🙌
